Biography

 

As facilitator of breakthrough initiatives at Lenox, Susie serves both a tactical and motivational role, ensuring the end-to-end experience for all concerned is exceptional whatever the project size or scope. She uniquely combines big picture thinking with organizational and people skills to build the integrated teams that turn great ideas into great successes for our Lenox clients.

Susie earned a Business degree in Marketing from Miami University and a Master’s in Business from Georgia College and State University. A proven entrepreneur, Susie owned her monogramming business for 20 years. She has a Real Estate license, specializing in staging properties and has rehabbed properties over the last 30 years.

Highly active in the community, Susie has served on the board of Episcopal Retirement Services and has held leadership roles at Ursuline Academy, St. Xavier High School and Walnut Hills High School as well as Community Relations Coordinator at Crayons to Computers. She was recognized as an Ursuline Woman of the Year in 2007. Today she serves her third term on the Board of the Cincinnati Arts Association.

Susie is married to John Lame, Founder and CEO of Lenox. Both are lifelong natives of Cincinnati. They have four children and two grandchildren.
